The announcement has been made that Marc Forster will be directing the movie version of Max Brooks’ World War Z.To be released in 2012, World War Z: A Oral History of The Zombie War has the chance to be the next great zombie movie.
Fans of the book may be unsure about the transition from the page to the screen, but with writer Matthew Michael Carnahan (The Kingdom, State of Play) on board everyone should be able to take a breath and relax.
The movie is currently in pre-production and continues to go through the appropriate channels at Paramount on the way to being made.
